However, the pool was not well maintained, presenting a dirty appearance that was disappointing. Additionally, while some staff were welcoming, others were less accommodating, which affected the overall experience.

The staff was friendly and really tried to help, like when my kids needed more towels, but it turned into an ordeal just to get some fresh ones. Breakfast was decent too, pretty standard fare but the coffee was surprisingly good, can't deny that.
